Cross-Industry Work Experience and Personal Growth

My experience as a mechanic at PT MORA YAMAHA marked a very memorable start to my professional journey. At this well-known automotive company, I learned the importance of precision, teamwork, and good communication to maintain customer satisfaction. Every day, I interacted directly with customers and the team, making sure every motorcycle leaving the workshop was in top condition, in line with Yamaha’s reputation for innovation and quality.



After that, I expanded my skills in technology as a mobile phone technician at ZAFONE CELLULER. Here, I not only repaired devices but also honed my negotiation and public speaking skills to provide the best solutions for customers. This experience made me more confident in dealing with different types of people and new challenges in the workplace.

Currently, I am pursuing my career at PT HEXPHARM JAYA (A Kalbe Company), one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia that focuses on the development and production of high-quality generic medicines. In this dynamic and innovative work environment, I am used to adapting to changes, working with targets, and contributing to the production process of medicines that benefit the wider community. I am proud to be part of a team committed to maintaining the quality and integrity of every product produced.


In addition to my experience in the automotive, electronics, and pharmaceutical fields, I also have strong active English skills and a basic knowledge of Japanese, which are very helpful for cross-team communication and broadening my global perspective.
